I have been with Prodigy Payment systems for approximately two months and have enjoyed every minute of it. This has been the most rewarding two months I have ever experienced as far as my career goes. Every day I am learning new skills and facing new challenges.
Prior to working with Prodigy, I had ten years experience in the administrative field. Having done this for so long I was ready for a change. About one year ago my husband and I decided to open our own business. We saw great success in doing this and did not realize what a salesperson I had become. However, the business was a seasonal one and due to the economy, we decided it would be in our best interest to sell the business. After selling the business, I began to search for job opportunities that would allow me to utilize the skills I know, as well as continue to develop the new skills I had obtained in sales. Having no luck, I was dreading the thought of going back to administration and sitting behind a desk for nine hours a day, doing the same thing day in and out, with no challenges and not very much opportunity for growth. Not to mention, not being able to utilize the selling tools I had acquired. Therefore, I started researching to try and find a totally different field of employment. I thought about going back to school, only this would be time consuming and would only allow me to work part time and I needed full-time pay in order to support my family sufficiently. In my researching I ran across Prodigy. After going to the web site and talking with the recruiter, this job seemed almost too good to be true and I was very skeptical at first, but decided to give it a shot.
I am so glad I did! I have been with Prodigy for two months and I have set up approximately twenty accounts. I have been able to help support my family more financially now working with Prodigy than ever before. Prodigy has allowed me to grow so much professionally, from the initial training, weekly conference calls to the daily training in the field with my team leader.
For me, Prodigy has been very rewarding professionally and personally. If you work the system using the tools Prodigy gives you, the system will work for you. I have been able to obtain things with Prodigy Payment Systems that I was looking for. I am growing more confident and learning new sales strategies and techniques daily.
