In March, I had the opportunity to service several clients and to touch the businesses of so many wonderful people. In the short time that I have been with Prodigy, I feel that I have truly been blessed to have a powerful impact in the educational growth of all who have allowed me to speak with them, whether they have accepted the proposal or declined, because of what we offer, they will never forget that we have what they need, and that all others - well, let's just say that they have OK rates.
One of the clients that I feel so privaleged to have touched was a Corporate Specialties store. Here I was able to speak to Ms. Davis, the owner. Ms. Davis allowed me to enter into her trust and help come up with a plan of action that would benifit their business; her concern was that we would charge an astronomical amount, and that we would not be able to help them save more that $20 a month.
After a somewhat lengthy conversation, and with some help of my team leader - Kathy - and also Andrew and Bobby (or Matt - I always confuse the two [;-} ) - we were able show her that we could do all that we promised. She was extemely grateful.
On March 19th, she called and I came running. We got her processing with us and she was greatly impressed at the less than 30 second hold time with customer service and the way that we personalized her program. In appreciation, she gave me 6 referrals and then wrote up a reference letter to show any who doubt that My Business (since Prodigy just the source of my great product and means that gives me the edge in selling myself) is indeed the best that there is.
I continue to thank my support team for enabling me to touch the people that I do and to help them to grow along a path that would give them an edge in the market for which they are a part of.
